Consultations
- The consultation fee (₹999 for the Gemstone Consultancy, ₹4,999 for the Complete Personalised Consultancy) is paid on our booking platform when you confirm your slot.
- If you can't attend, please reschedule through your booking confirmation or contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Once a consultation has taken place, the fee is non-refundable.
Jewellery orders
- Jewellery can be paid online at order placement or by Cash on Delivery.
- Personalised and made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you, so they cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
- If your item arrives damaged, defective or differs from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay (for jewellery) or our booking platform (for consultations). Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
