How we collect, use and protect your personal information — including the birth details you share for your consultation.

Who we are

This website is operated by Trivana Creations LLP (“Trivana”, “we”, “us”), A 102, Mansi Regency CHS Ltd., I C Colony, Borivali West, Mumbai – 400103. We are responsible for the personal information you submit through this website.

What we collect and why

Consultation enquiries

When you complete our consultation form we collect:

  • Your full name, mobile number and email address — to arrange your consultation and contact you about it.
  • Your date of birth (required) and, if you choose to share them, your birth time and birth place — because these are the basis of your numerology reading and stone recommendations.
  • Your preferred consultation time, if provided.
  • Your consent choices, and the campaign that brought you to our site (UTM tags), if any.

We use this information only to provide the consultation you requested, prepare your gemstone recommendations and, if you order one, personalise your jewellery. We do not sell your information.

Contact messages

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, optional mobile number, the topic and your message, and use them only to reply to you. Please do not include birth details in contact messages.

Marketing

We send updates about collections and offers only if you tick the optional marketing box. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us. Declining marketing does not affect your consultation.

Who receives your information

  • Our booking and customer-management platform, which receives your enquiry, manages your appointment, takes the consultation payment and sends confirmations.
  • Razorpay, our payment gateway, which processes your payment when you buy jewellery on this website. Card and bank details go directly to Razorpay; we never see or store them.
  • Our customer-management platform (GoHighLevel), where your order, delivery address and date of birth are recorded so we can make and deliver your piece.
  • Payment providers used by those platforms. This website never collects or stores card or bank details.
  • Delivery partners, only as needed to deliver your order.

These providers may process data outside India, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Analytics and cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are viewed and whether the booking form was submitted. Analytics events never include your date of birth, phone number, email address, name or consultation details. If you decline, analytics cookies are not set. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the website footer.

We do not use advertising pixels on the consultation form.

How we protect your information

The website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are sent through a secure server connection directly to our booking platform; your birth details are never placed in web addresses, browser logs or analytics. Access to your information is limited to the people who need it to serve you.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise your rights. You may also raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
