This website is operated by Trivana Creations LLP. By using it, booking a consultation or ordering jewellery, you agree to these terms.
Numerology consultations
- The consultation fee is ₹999 for the Gemstone Consultancy and ₹4,999 for the Complete Personalised Consultancy, held by video call.
- Your date of birth is required. Birth time and place are optional.
- Submitting the enquiry form on this website does not confirm an appointment. Your booking is confirmed only when you have selected a slot and paid on our booking platform and received its confirmation.
- After your consultation you will receive a brief report identifying recommended stones.
- Numerology guidance is offered for personal and spiritual reflection. It is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
Post-consultation jewellery benefit
A ₹500 benefit applies to a jewellery order placed within 24 hours of receiving your consultation report, subject to the offer terms confirmed with your report. The benefit is applied by our team or store at the time of ordering; it cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless stated.
Jewellery orders
- Jewellery orders require your date of birth.
- Orders can be paid in full online at checkout, or by Cash on Delivery (cash or UPI to the delivery partner).
- Orders are placed and paid for on this website; payments are processed securely by Razorpay. See our Shipping Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Natural stones vary in colour, pattern and size; small variations from photographs are part of their character.
